adToken focuses on building a decentralized advertising organization dedicated to reputable and well-known publishers, certified as non-fraudulent domain holders stored within the domain. ADT token holders will be incentivized to clean up the digital advertising supply chain and work together to establish new standards for the digital advertising industry. adtoken token holders will collectively set new standards for the digital advertising industry.
Project Highlights
By decoupling the incentive mechanism for AdToken holders from CPM, it encourages reputable publishers. At the same time, advertisers will only give media in the AdChain registry a chance when this registry is purer compared to other ad networks. As a result, media, token holders, and advertisers form a community of interests, thus motivating this system to continuously cycle.
Use Cases
AdToken holders determine through an incentivized voting process whether applicants wishing to join the registry are legitimate and trustworthy advertisers. Token holders do not benefit from increased exposure of advertisers; instead, they benefit when the number of advertisers applying to join or update their registration status in the registry increases. As long as the registry remains clean, meaning it does not contain invalid traffic caused by bots, advertisers will want to bid on these registered advertisers.
At the same time, as long as advertisers are willing to bid on advertisers in these registries, the advertisers in the registry will want to remain in it, and those not in the registry will want to apply to join. Therefore, token holders have the motivation to remove fraudulent applicants from the registry and maintain this virtuous cycle through careful voting.
The operational logic of the AdChain Registry is as follows: media submits certification applications with AdToken as collateral - challengers propose objections with AdToken as collateral - other AdToken holders vote - if the outcome favors the media, the challengers collateral is confiscated, the domain enters the whitelist, and the applicant receives part of the reward / if the outcome favors the challenger, the applicants collateral is confiscated, the domain cannot enter the whitelist, the challenger receives part of the reward, and the remaining collateral is proportionally distributed among the voters of the winning group according to the weight of the tokens participating in the vote. After voting, media that enters the whitelist is certified as reputable and has the opportunity to win advertiser budgets.
