ECC (Edge Computing Storage Chain) is a public blockchain designed for edge computing and distributed storage. It provides decentralized cloud database storage and full-node edge computing above the infrastructure platform. Moreover, ECC leverages horizontal scalability and sharding technology to deliver high-speed transaction capabilities. While preserving the characteristics of decentralization, disintermediation, transparency, and immutability of data that are inherent in blockchain technology, it significantly increases processing speed and reduces energy consumption, making it capable of high-speed transactions per second and offering infinite data storage capacity. ECC is based on the POC consensus algorithm, which ensures the healthy development of the entire cryptocurrency through a long-term incentive economic model. It also optimizes and upgrades the existing POC to ccPOC (Conditional Combustion Proof of Capacity), or "conditional combustion proof of capacity," addressing the following issues: 1) preventing economic model attacks; 2) high maintenance costs for POW; 3) lack of economic incentives for sustained growth; 4) monopolization of power resources.
