When eFIL is issued, for every 1 FIL a user deposits into the mining pool, 1 eFIL will be correspondingly issued by the pool, ensuring users can always exchange eFIL with FIL at a 1:1 ratio. All eFIL will be backed by the joint mining pools credit.
