International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB), the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, is abbreviated as IFBB. It was jointly issued and established by the Singapore Bodybuilding Sports Fund Alliance and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). IFBB was founded in 1946 in Montreal, Canada, by brothers Joe and Ben Weider, with its current president being Dr. Rafael Santonja. The IFBB headquarters is located in Madrid, Spain. IFBB is a member of GAISF, the International World Games Association, UNESCO, ICCSSE, and many other internationally renowned organizations, recognized as the sole international sports federation fully compliant with WADA rules for bodybuilding and fitness sports. Currently, it has 197 affiliated member associations. The International Federation of Bodybuilding joined the General Association of International Sports Federations in 1969, and was recognized by the International Olympic Committee on January 31, 1998.

Its aim is to apply encrypted digital currency to the circulation and consumption in the field of bodybuilding and fitness through blockchain and smart contract technologies, such as online shopping, offline consumption, event ticketing, club membership fees, and cross-border payments.
