Through projects using Fortem Capital tokens, we offer investors the opportunity to invest their assets in the real estate sector. We have years of experience, and so far, we have completed projects worth over $40 million in total. The IEO offered by Fortem Capital is based on tangible assets. The purpose of our own IEO is to raise funds for the development of the Fortem Capital platform and selected projects. Investors will be able to enter into a trust agreement, thereby acquiring the desired share of the property for further resale. Investors will know their estimated return on investment from the start. The process from the acquisition of real estate to renovation and ultimately further resale is fully supervised by Fortem Capital. When selling the property, investors will receive their share in cryptocurrency, with returns depending on the final sale price of the property. This price should not fall below the projected total return. As part of the first phase of the IEO, Fortem Capital has selected numerous real estate projects.
