KyberNetwork is a decentralized trading and exchange platform for digital assets (various crypto tokens such as Ethereum and its ERC20 tokens, Bitcoin, ZCash, etc.) with high liquidity. 3. Reserve Managers – They are the accountants of Kyber network. They are responsible for estimating and calculating exchange rates and maintaining reserves.
4. Kyber Network Operator – It oversees the operation of Kyber Network. It checks, verifies, and approves reserve entities, lists tradable tokens, and ensures that all operations of Kyber Network take place in a secure environment.
Currently, the platform supports cryptocurrency payments and exchanges, and it will support cross-chain payments in the future.
KNC Founding Team and Background:
The Kyber Network project boasts a strong development team and an advisory board consisting of prominent figures. Notable members include:
Loi: Founder and CEO of Kyber Network, known as a crypto and blockchain expert. Loi Luu is the founder of Oyente, the first open-source security analysis software for Ethereum smart contracts. He is also a co-founder of SmartPool, a popular decentralized mining project.
Yaron Velner: Co-founder and CTO of Kyber Network. He has over ten years of experience as a software engineer and technical lead at EZChip. Additionally, he participated in Ethereums bug bounty program and discovered several significant bugs.
Victor Tran: Co-founder and Chief Engineer of Kyber Network. He is an experienced backend engineer and Linux system administrator. Since early 2016, he has been involved in the development of blockchain and cryptocurrencies and is the chief engineer of SmartPool.
