Currently, PLA is providing videos to mobile/online platforms that own iqiyi, Chinas Tencent Video, Indias Star TV, and multiple channels. PLA believes subtitles can play a significant role in reflecting the culture of a countrys language. Therefore, PLA aims to create and share video subtitles based on blockchain technology, fostering an ecosystem for participants to address this issue. Through this work, PLA seeks to help many viewers understand the cultures of other countries by accessing high-quality content.
