Ripae is an Algorithmic Stablecoin (ASC) system, where code and mathematical rules create a token intended to have the same value as its pegged token once equilibrium is reached. $pAVAX (pegged to $AVAX) is the primary token with an infinite supply. The supply is infinite but not uncontrolled. When 1$pAVAX > 1.01$AVAX (TWAP > 1.01), new $pAVAX tokens are minted, increasing the supply and thereby decreasing the price to align with the $AVAX price. Minting of $pAVAX stops when 1$pAVAX < 1$AVAX to avoid further depressing the price.
