It aims to build a deep integration of blockchain technology and information technology based on "global interconnected artificial intelligence evolution," exploring future information technology development and user ecosystem self-updating interaction and commercial application development in areas such as intelligent information transmission, intelligent evolution, and mobile connectivity. Starlink X is divided into three strategic phases: the SX Main Chain phase, the HX Assistance phase, and the EX Fuel phase, which will be deployed in a total of 4 years starting in 2021.
