The Tai Chi Chain is a new decentralized ledger protocol, with OCC as its main chain coin. Inherently, the Tai Chi Chain carries not only the Bitcoin gene but also those of BitTorrent, Java, Freenet, and ETH. From a product perspective, it is a universal global blockchain that can manage states for both financial and non-financial application types.
At its core, the Tai Chi Chain facilitates decentralized business logic – also known as smart contracts – which are cryptographic "boxes" containing value that can be automatically unlocked when certain conditions are met. This logic executes on the blockchain cloud, automatically enforcing the terms of an agreement between multiple parties. They are the fundamental building blocks of "decentralized applications" (DApps). From a front-end perspective, the Tai Chi Chain will employ a powerful dedicated browser, allowing users to conveniently install and use DApps.
