BTCChina, founded on June 9, 2011, was the first bitcoin trading platform in China. It was also one of the longest-running digital asset trading platforms globally, reaching a market share of 80% at its peak. BTCChina’s business encompasses five key areas: blockchain digital asset trading, blockchain project incubation, investment services, blockchain research, and asset management.

BTCChina was the first and largest bitcoin trading platform in China, operated by Shanghai Satosh Network Technology Co., Ltd. Its team members are primarily from China, Silicon Valley, and Europe.

BTCChina has ceased operations. Its overseas version, BTCC, is currently operational.
