NXT Asset exchange (NXT AE) is a P2P client that allows users to issue and trade securities using NXT (Nxt) as a settlement unit. Nxt is a digital currency based on the Proof of Stake mechanism.
Unlike current mainstream financial markets, NXT AE is a decentralized trading platform because transactions on NXT AE are handled by nodes running on computers across the world. Additionally, since there is no central entity controlling the platform, transactions are censorship-resistant, meaning there are no cases of funds being frozen or transactions being blocked.
NXT AE is breaking down the barriers of traditional investment banking. Traditional equity financing is expensive and has high compliance costs, making it too expensive for smaller companies to raise funds through large platforms like the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
NXT Asset exchange Fees
The fee model of Nxt Asset Exchange is known as the “fixed fee model.” Their fixed fee model is different from all other cryptocurrency exchanges in that it is not a percentage, but a single unit of NXT cryptocurrency: 1 NXT.
NXT Asset exchange Deposit Methods
Nxt Asset Exchange does not accept any other deposit methods besides cryptocurrency (specifically NXT), effectively limiting access to new cryptocurrency investors. If you do not have any NXT but want to start trading on this platform, you must first purchase NXT from another exchange and then, as a second step, deposit it on the platform.
