Relay3r is a fork of Keep3r that adds three key features: the ability to transfer the current addresss relayer permissions to a new user; the ability to approve contracts to delegate relay rights to other addresses; and modifiable bindings, unbinding, liquidity binding delays, and liquidity fees.
