BID is the governance token for the TopBidder protocol, used for protocol revenue yield farming and subsequent project governance. In the early stages of the project to enhance decision-making efficiency, the development team will hold decision-making power. As the ecosystem matures, this decision-making power will be gradually transferred to the community.

In the early stages of the project, after artists sign up through the platform, some of the rNFTs they issue will have the capability to mint BID during auctions. The release speed of BID is related to the number of works submitted by artists, with approximately 12 million tokens issued each year;
The Top Bidder DAO will be launched at a certain stage after BID distribution, where the DAO will vote on the settings of various parameters in the auction system, with governance adopting a quadratic voting mechanism;
The governance token BID has staking mining capabilities, sharing in the protocols profits.
